I am Inshra Sakhawat Russell, founder and Creative Director of Studio Inku.

For more than 20 years, I have worked across photography, film, design, advertising, campaigns and publishing — between Bangladesh and the UK.

All of that taught me to look at things from more than one direction. To listen to what you see for your work. To find the possibilities already inside it. And work out how we bring them into the light.
